Bizarre Naturally Formed Ice Spheres

Occurred on February 6, 2021 / Traverse City, Michigan, USAInfo from Licensor: My girlfriend and I went for a hike in 2021 with another couple. The ice formations in the water were totally wild. The temperature that day was below zero degrees Fahrenheit, but the waves must have been preventing the crystals from latching together, so it was forming giant ice balls. We picked a few out of the water even. Very strange.
